Does the following resonates with you for the conflict you are facing ?
"We would both be better off if we could find a way to resolve the conflict; Life is filled with compromise. We are ready to make some, but it has to be mutual; We can not afford a lawyer or the cost of going to Court; We hate it when the real issues can not be discussed openly"
If your answer is "yes" and you value integrity, speed with prior knowledge of costs and duration then consider e-Court ® LEGAL OPINION
service. :e-Court's interpretation of Legal Opinion versus Legal Advice ( Note Different jurisdictions may have different interpretations ) :
If what you are seeking is an analysis of the legal effect of past events or documents, for example, if you want to determine who owns a parcel of land, you need a 'legal opinion'. Likewise, if an attorney/judge offers a 'legal opinion' but what you seek is future guidance, or the attorney/judge offers 'legal advice' when you want an analysis of past events, you should communicate this to the attorney to ensure that you receive the type of legal services you need. Summary : Legal Advice applies the law, including statute and case law and legal principles to a particular situation. It provides recommendations about what course of action would best suit the facts of the case and what the party wants to achieve. A legal opinion letter offers significantly less extensive information than legal advice, which requires more in-depth analysis. Consequently, one should not rely solely on a legal opinion letter and should instead seek out more extensive legal advice from an attorney/judge. ( Note: e-Court does not offer legal advice, however a legal opinion may often be used by conflicting parties to 'test' the waters prior to seek arbitration. Read-on

They perform a valuable service by managing the communication process so that everyone has an opportunity to express their views; keeping the discussion focused on the issues; and restating each party's points to the other party to make sure that each party understands the other's views. Let us show how we embrace the age of social media and ... always with Prior Knowledge of Costs & Duration.
